Most USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners work out of the box. Weighing scales connect over serial or USB, and any scale that prints barcoded weight labels works with the counter scanner.
Yes. Each counter can be switched between English and Malayalam. Item names can be stored in both, and staff can search items in either script.
Billing keeps working offline. Every counter stores its bills locally and syncs them as soon as the connection is back, so stock and reports catch up on their own.
Yes. Fill our Excel sheet with item names, barcodes, prices, HSN codes and opening stock, upload it, and start billing. Most stores are done within an hour.
Yes. Every bill calculates GST from your item settings, shows the CGST and SGST split, and month-end summaries are exported for your accountant. Filing stays with your accountant.
A single store is usually billing on the same day: import the item list, connect the scanner and printer, and train the cashiers. A chain is set up branch by branch, usually within a week.
