Terms of Service
The terms for using our billing, stock, expiry, purchasing, loyalty and reporting service in your store or chain.
01Agreement
These terms apply when a store owner signs up for or uses our billing and store management service. By creating an account, you agree to them on behalf of your store.
02Your account
You are responsible for the logins you create for staff, for keeping passwords private, and for what is done under those logins. Owners can set permissions for each staff member and remove access at any time.
03Free trial
New accounts get 30 days of free billing on the chosen plan. At the end of the trial, the account moves to the paid plan only if you choose to continue. Your data stays in place either way for 30 days after the trial ends.
04Plans and payment
Plans are charged per store per month, or per year where you choose yearly billing. Prices are shown on the Price List page. Extra counters, godown locations and messaging are charged as listed there. We will give at least 30 days notice before changing the price of your plan.
05Taxes and GST
The service calculates GST on bills using the tax settings your store enters. You remain responsible for those settings, for your returns and for your tax filings. Exports are provided to help your accountant; they are not tax advice.
06Suggestions and approvals
Reorder, markdown, transfer and offer suggestions are estimates based on your store's data. Nothing is ordered, sent or changed until a staff member with permission approves it. Decisions to approve remain with the store.
07Payments at the counter
Counter payments are handled by licensed payment partners and settled to your bank account under your agreement with that partner. We are not a party to the money moving between your customer and your bank.
08Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to sell goods that are illegal to sell, to send messages to shoppers who have not given their number to your store, or to attempt to access other stores' data.
09Your data
Your item lists, bills, stock, supplier and customer records belong to your store. You can export them at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how they are handled.
10Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times, and counters keep billing offline when the connection drops. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside common store hours where possible.
11Ending the service
You can cancel at any time from your account; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or remains unpaid after notice.
12Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your store paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for decisions taken on suggestions the store approved.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute.
