01Does it work with my existing barcode scanner and weighing scale?
Most USB and Bluetooth scanners work as a keyboard, so they work out of the box. For scales, we support serial and USB scales from common Indian brands, and barcoded weight labels for any scale that can print them.
02What happens if the internet goes down?
Billing keeps working. Each counter stores bills locally and syncs them to the store as soon as the connection is back. Stock counts catch up automatically.
03Can I give credit to regular customers?
Yes. Mark a bill as credit against a customer, and their outstanding amount shows up at the counter the next time they visit.
